Frank Ebneter 40 remained in serious condition at Madison General Hospital after a pickup truck collided with a car at Highway 69 and County Trunk PB Saturday night. Irma Duerst 27 of New Glarus and three other New Glarus women were hospitalized with a scalp laceration, bruises, and a broken arm. In a separate 6th street crash four locals, Carl Foesch 20 Deanne Kammerode 17 David Penniston 17 and Clinton Montgomery Brown town, suffered superficial cuts as cars collided. Montgomery’s car traveled 96 feet after impact.
