Saucer Stories Continue Whirl
Los Angeles reports swirl over flying saucers with tiny pilots. Ray L. Dimmick, a salesman, recounted a 46 foot diameter saucer powered by two motors and manned by a 23 inch pilot. He later amended details claiming a six foot metal strip instead. The air force called the tale unsubstantiated. From Denver a mystery professor backed midget pilots claims, testing students with a lecturer’s provocative pitch.
