Modern Housing deeded land for a 75 by 110 foot play zone with five new play devices and a bench, plus shrub borders. The project aims for late July or early August completion with street removal first, then grading, seeding, and equipment installation. The effort anticipates future cooperation with sub dividers to expand recreational spaces for children near Wis. 69 and South School.
