Heidi Festival Weekend Draws Record Crowds at New Glarus
Large crowds attended the Heidi events with 1300 admissions to the Heidi drama on Saturday and 950 on Sunday, topping last year. The Little Switzerland Festival packed 1100 on Saturday, 119 exhibitors entered the Craft Food Fair, and nearly 1400 toured The Chalet of the Golden Fleece and Pioneer Village. Three TV crews covered the weekend with reporters from WKOW TV and others.
