Brewers Post Fourth Victory In lopsided 11 to 2 win
The Monroe Huber Brewers beat Commercial Bank of Madison 11 to 2 to run their season record to 4 and 1. Jerry Dwyer and Harvey Loeffel sparked the early offense with the first three runs, Gene Mason stroked a three bagger after Dwyer’s homer in the second, and Jerry Jordan with Dave Fahs on the mound secured the victory. The game ended after seven innings by mutual consent due to the lopsided score and length. The Brewers host Dixon, Illinois, next.
