Swiss Club Meeting Highlights and Honorees
About 100 members of the Swiss Club of Monroe attended a Turner Hall meeting where Ed Frauchiger of Monroe showed color slides from a 1966 trip to Switzerland and narrated the event. Julius Hofer received honorary membership for 17 years as club secretary-treasurer. The group planned the June 23 picnic with a rain date of July 7 and wished bon voyage to members traveling to Switzerland.
