The body of Randy Elliott 17 of Albany was recovered from Sugar River near the Willows at 1 30 p m after an all night search. He drowned while swimming with two companions near Albany along with river rescue crews and volunteers. His body was found about ten feet from the spot where the drowning occurred.

Kenneth Michael Fosnow an 18 month old son of Mr and Mrs Carroll Fosnow Route 3 Brod head Rock County died of a skull fracture suffered yesterday when run over by a neighbor s car in the Fosnow farm home driveway. Francis E Steininger 45 did not know he had run over the child until notified of the death. Surviving are the parents four brothers Arnold John Dennis and Richard and three sisters Laura Rosemary and Ruth and two step brothers Norman Krusan and Charles Pitts Beloit services will be at 2 pm tomorrow in the Lunenschloss and Hanson funeral home Richland Center burial in Felton cemetery. Dakota mother and daughter die in rural Illinois crash
Mrs. Robert Hartman 37 and her three year old daughter Verline were killed when their car collided with a southbound vehicle driven by Gilbert Riemer 17 three miles north of Dakota Illinois. Riemer was treated for injuries after the two car accident. The Hartman family history and funeral details are noted with a continuation of an inquest into the deaths.
