A 33-year-old Rockford man Dale E. Olmstead appeared in County Court on burglary and burglary tools charges after allegedly breaking into Monroe Country Club at 3 a.m. Monday. Police recovered burglary tools near the scene and located merchandise said to be stolen. A second suspect was seen but not captured. Bond set at 6000 for Olmstead with 4000 for burglary and 1000 for tools. He requested a court appointed lawyer for Wednesday before County Judge Roger L. Elmer. He is jailed in Green County until bond is posted. He is married with four children.
