Federal Judge Sylvester J. Ryan forfeited bonds totaling 80000 for four of 11 convicted communist leaders who failed to appear in court. The missing were Henry Winston Robert Thompson Gilbert Green and Gus Hall. The 11 were convicted of plotting to overthrow the U S government and faces prison terms. seven others reported to prison yesterday. FBI wide search continued for the four.

Mrs Alfred Friestad of Rochelle Illinois was rushed to St Clare hospital after a two car crash two miles north of Orfordville on Highway 13. She suffered severe facial lacerations a crushed chest and a punctured lung. John Dubevick of Brodhead was treated for a scalp cut and body contusions and released. Rock county officials are investigating the crash.
