Brodhead Men Hurt in Mishap on Mt Hope Road
Three Brodhead area residents were injured in a two car headon crash on the Mt Hope road two miles south of Highway 11 in Spring Grove Township. Donald A. Gadow aged 23 suffered a fractured rib and left knee injuries. Lyle Withee sustained a bruised knee. Raymond W. Malcook Jr. aged 46 faced a fractured left knee and a bruised hand. Deputies said Malcook swerved into oncoming traffic on a curve. All were treated by a Brodhead physician. Both cars were demolished.
