Rep. Lawrence H. Smith veteran of 17 years in Congress collapsed at the House restaurant and died of a heart attack. Funeral services will be held Saturday at First Baptist church in Racine with burial at West Lawn Memorial Park. The body will lie in state at the church Friday afternoon and a funeral committee from Wisconsin will attend. Survivors include Eleanor Smith, two daughters and a son.
