Mrs. Corson 77 Dies In Monroe Residence
Mrs. Florene E. Heise Corson, 77, longtime Monroe resident, died at 2 50 p.m. January 11 at Pleasant View Nursing Home after a four year illness. Born April 24, 1892 in Orangeville Illinois, she married Victor I. Corson in 1915. The couple lived in Orangeville and Jutlo and Brandon before moving to Monroe in 1934. Her husband owned Green County Abstract Co. and had prior banking service. She was active in the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Monroe and St Omar Chapter Order of the Eastern Star.
