Teen Found Chained in Salt Lake City Home After Kidnapping
Richard Evan Henricksen age 14, missing since October 20, was found chained to a bed in a filthy Salt Lake City house. Suspect John D. Bif fett 24, held on federal bank robbery charges, confessed kidnapping and alleged thefts at the First Security bank. Ricky and Billett, both employed at a used car lot, were linked to the incident. Ricky was examined at a hospital after being freed.

Officials Confer on Highway Plans
Board of public works members met with Assemblyman Harry A. Keegan and a state highway representative to discuss state funding for relocation and improvement projects in the city. Chairman E. J.
