Farm Worker 51 Killed Near Albany in Unavoidable Accident
Harvey Hoot Peterson 51 died New Year’s Eve when struck by a car on a township road three miles west of Albany. Driver William Briggs 37 and passenger Mrs. Louis Zurfluh 36 were involved. Zurfluh hospitalized with a broken arm and abdominal injuries. Peterson, aiding heifer herding, was thrown onto the windshield and died at the scene.
