Two Auto Accidents Mar Peaceful City Day
Two minor auto collisions marred a peaceful 24 hours in Monroe. At 4 31 Friday afternoon Mrs William Sham burek pulled from a parking place in the 1100 block on 17th avenue and collided with J Newton Musser proceeding north on the avenue. Only damage was to the right rear fender of The Evening Times car driven by Musser. At 1145 this forenoon minor damage resulted from an intersection collision between Leo McGrath and farm truck driver Robert Keegan route 1 Monroe. Keegan said the intersection was icy and he slid into the left side of the McGrath car coming east on Thirteenth street.
