FBI Announces Robber Arrest in Wisconsin Bank Heists
Port Washington man Robert J Kultgen , 18, admitted in signed statements with an accomplice to robbing two small Wisconsin banks in recent weeks. FBI Special Agent Robert L Murphy said Kultgen was arrested at his home and named a second suspect whose identity is withheld. The pair stole 429 dollars from a Neosho branch on December 12 and 1,887 dollars from an Ashippun bank last Wednesday.
