George Richard Fleharty of Warren Illinois was found guilty in Richmond Virginia of involuntary manslaughter for the beating death of his infant son on January 10. He admitted slapping the child after they would not stop crying. the boy Larry Lee aged 24 months died eight hours later from a skull fracture.
