Beloit Memorial Cruises Past Monroe Cheesemakers in Wisconsin Clash
Beloit Memorial High School defeated Monroe Cheese makers 95 to 74 at Monroe High School. Beloit built an early 27-17 lead behind a height advantaged lineup and a fast break led by Dan Wohlfert and Lamont Weaver. Monroe countered with balanced scoring led by Stu Grendahl 26, Kevin Burington 19, and Fred Dearth 16, but Beloit’s five starters all reached double figures and maintained control through the second half.
