Monroe moves to a Swiss style water department building replacing the Palm Sunday tornado damage. Bids total 65 397 under architect estimates. The Chalet Wasser Hausen will feature Berne rooflines and fachwerk influence with brick veneer and stucco finishes. Construction start is anticipated soon.
