Wisconsin Public Service Rejects Delay in $6 Million Rate Case
The Wisconsin Public Service Commission refused to postpone the Jan 4 hearing on a $6,000,000 rate increase for Wisconsin Telephone Co. City attorneys urged a six month delay for an investigation into savings from dial telephones. The company argues another postponement would deny due process and confiscate property.
