Monroe Common Council approves licenses and lighting bids
The Monroe Common Council met November 26 1952. Aldermen approved operator licenses for Crouch Dickson and Duchow, authorized payment of 648.20 in claims, adopted a stop sign resolution at 21st street and 17th avenue, and authorized a $32760 fire engine purchase from Pirsch. Mayor Dinwiddie oversaw roll call and committee referrals.
