Nine-year-old 4-H members should not take more than one project in their first year. Leaders and officers recommended the rule and will enforce it this year. If two projects were chosen and cards submitted, one must be dropped. Attendance at a New Glarus Club Christmas party, led by Mrs. Willis Luchsinger, drew about 40 members for 1964. Early 1964 enrollment is expected to rise from 682 county members in 1963, with 9-year-olds newly eligible.
