Stephen L. Digman of Monroe is among 16 Wisconsin youths pursuing the American Farmer Degree at the FFA national convention in Kansas City. Digman, a Monroe High School 1964 graduate farming at the home place, is joined by Gerald R. Brines of Shullsburg who manages a 360 acre farm and plans to buy, with notable gains in milk production.
