Attendance for the 110th Green County Fair rose ahead of last year with 5 799 attendees recorded yesterday a hundred more than 1963. Harness racing dominates the weekend with post time at 1 p m today and tomorrow and a fast track touted by supervisor Dave Cunningham. Open class judging crowned Donald Timm W G Timm Estate Farms as grand champion Holstein female for the 12th straight year with Marloret Helen Crusader as the first Green County Fair champion. 10 000 miles traveled by Helen and notable butter fat and milk yields. Rufi family exhibited the grand champion Holstein male Rufi s Homestead PP King, also winning earlier at Lafay pte and Black and White shows. Brown Swiss honors went to Rock Hill Super bred by Shorty Meiers. Top Brown Swiss female to Sugar Valley Farms operated by Ted Morgan and Nathan Bear.
