City Democratic Committee Sets City Primary for March 17 1908

The City Democratic central committee met at the Democrat office Tuesday with J W Johnston W J Rouse J G Wade Dr W T Rutledge and D R Campbell present Johnston elected chairman Rouse secretary. A city primary to nominate candidates for city offices will be held March 17 1908 from 1 to 6 pm in the council room with separate ward ballot boxes.

New firm buys drug stock in Salem portfolios
