Senator Tincher’s Death Noted In Springfield Report

A Springfield correspondent reports the death of Senator John L. Tincher of the 9th district. The Senate adjourned after tribute remarks, then processed the body to the depot for Danville residence. Tincher, 51, Indiana native, had 27 years in the state, a former local preacher and longtime legislator and constitutional convention member.
