Monmouth Normal School Readies New Training Building
Oregon Normal School moves its training school to new quarters in its building next Monday. Music and Art Departments will also use the space. A March parent teachers inspection is planned. Recitals by Miss Alberta Greene and Frederick Warde enchant faculty and students. Christian Endeavor Day at the church features "The Least of These" and a program of music talks and youth dialogue.

The Loyal Fellows class of the Christian Bible School, led by teacher Miss Rachel Angel, entertained Pastor George C. Ritchey his wife and daughters Gertrude and Eloise, and Evangelist A. W. Shaffer at a six o'clock dinner in the church dining room Friday February 4. The class is praised for being well taught and active. E. E. Hewitt of Monmouth has bought the Red Cross Pharmacy in Independence from Mr. Graham and will move his family to Independence around March 1.
