Funeral services for Wyatt Lee Lochabay 68 are set for 3 p.m. at First Christian Church with burial in Monahans Cemetery. He died Tuesday at Ward Memorial Hospital after a two month illness. Waylan C. Martin of 1508 South Alen, an eight year Monahans resident, filed Monday for a seat on Mona hans City Council in the April 4 election with a $3 fee. He has served on the council since 1955, resigning January 24 along with Mitch Widdess. Don Brown Jim Williams O G Rudy Bill Lee and Bill Eason remain. The April 4 race will fill two council seats and the mayor's post, currently held by J W Thrasher. Terms are two years with odd year elections for mayor and two councilmen.
