A UT Austin petroleum engineer graduate and long time Monahans leader he has held church, civic and professional roles locally and nationally. Clarese Gough Named Merit Award Recipient for Community Service
Clarese Gough, longtime Monahans resident and city councilwoman since 1979, is honored with the Merit Award for her broad public service. She led beautification projects, planned WDCC Park, coordinated chamber banquets, chaired PTA and school activities, and served on diverse boards including Juliet Fowler Home and PRI. Her efforts spanned church, city government, and regional initiatives to improve Monahans.
