Odessa officials announce a Congressional Action Conference with Harry Cowan, District Manager of the U S Chamber, February 13 in the Inn of the Golden West Coach room. The two hour session aims to inform 21st District chamber leaders on major legislative issues affecting West Texas and will include a Dutch treat lunch and subsequent discussion. Monahans High School presents a two act production of Oklahoma with vintage props and a real survey. About 60 students form the cast and crew under Kenneth Mills and Lloyd Shirley. Stanley Harp Named G'ral ls Man of Year
Stanley Harp was named Man of the Year for Grand Falls at the first Chamber of Commerce Banquet held Thursday night.
