A.R. Archer Jr. a former Monahans attorney faces a grand jury indictment for theft of more than 2000 and less than 10000 from a Pecos client Willie Hill. The case is one of 18 indictments returned in 143rd District Court. Archer previously was suspended for two years in 1975 after mingling client funds with his own.
