In pursuance of Warren County Court order dated August 8 1898 the assignee of the insolvent Weir Plow Company will sell the Monmouth Illinois manufacturing plant with grounds buildings machinery and on hand goods on September 15 1898 at 2 pm cash. On September 17 1898 at 2 pm the assignee will also sell at public auction the East Moline Illinois parcel Lot 14 with referenced street boundaries comprising about 1 685 acres plus improvements. Sale transfers all right title and interest of the Weir Plow Company in the plant at Monmouth and the East Moline lands. Dated Monmouth Illinois August 13 1898. Lt. Kingman Assignee of the Weir Plow Company insolvent.
