Insanity Suspect Arrested After Saloon Visit
A man named Wiliam Senderson was arrested at Little's Grove on the Blue Grass road Thursday night and brought to Davenport. He entered the six mile house saloon, asked for matches to burn the world, claimed he came from heaven and bought California for 30 000 000 from the Lord Jesus Christ, and said the celestial city was there. His incoherent talk led to admission to the asylum after a hearing before insane commissioners.
