Miss Kohler and Mrs. Barrick led the ladies’ quartet with encore, plus Decker’s The Lost Chord. Separate reports note a compromise in Dr Fleming’s will dispute granting the son 280 acres and half the personal estate. In court, two cases against Jobo Vogle were dismissed for lack of witnesses, Bowles v Miller granted a new trial, and red Myers, injured at Moline Plow Co, returned home on crutches after five months.
