A new company organized by Fred A Lundah aims to establish a pressed steel and sheet metal manufactory in East Moline with capital stock of 25000 dollars. The venture plans to occupy the facility and start production.

Judge R W Olmsted in county court set an order for final distribution of the bulk of the late George Wagner estate. The agreement ends the dispute over the will and trust with heirs arranging final division. one unresolved claim by Jesse Mattes for 600 remains. circuit court cases not yet dismissed.
Attorney George W W Scott, administrator for the James Quinn estate, alleges former administrator M V Gannon of Davenport borrowed $8000. The estate is valued at $45,000 with potential increase to $75,000, and the missing funds are alleged to have been used by Gannon.
The local board adjourned to defer the Fourth Avenue project at least until the 1911 season. Owners favored improvements see uncertain timelines while some oppose the layout as discussions continue. Hearings have been planned but a date for the hearing has not been set.
William R. Moore reports that the Illinois Supreme Court denied the Interurban road’s rehearing request in the Coburn damages suit from East Moline. The case, tried twice in circuit court, saw the verdict reduced from 7000 to 6000 on appeal. Coburn was injured in a street-car accident years ago.
