Uncle Sam's Wages Small Man Steals to Grand Jury

A rural mail carrier from Milan Alaska is arrested on a $300 charge of stealing chickens from farmers he delivered mail to. He allegedly helped himself to others' belongings, was watched, caught with the goods, and says wages from Uncle Sam were too small to support his family. He is held to the grand jury in $300 bond.
