Train Conductor Ejects Rider After Disputed Ticket

Akers alleges on October 26 he boarded a Craigport to Atchison line, was told he rode the wrong train, and was forcibly removed after a confrontation with conductor L. Shuth. Akers describes a dark, stormy night as he was forced off the car, injured in a fall, and wandered swampy ground then a lake before reaching Rushville. The case seeks damages for injuries and related losses from the railroad.
