A $1600 diamond ring and a diamond pin were found hidden in the bath house basement along with a bloodstained sledge hammer. Strother says two women Josie Houston Florence Banks and a man visited Cooper after 11 o Clock Wednesday night and a boy carried in a note. He claims to have admitted them to the cooling room and cannot explain their departure.
