Secretary and Mrs Hay announce February 6 as the date of Miss Helen Hay to Payne Whitney of New York. The ceremony will be at Church of the Covenant with Dr Hamlin officiating and a large Washington and New York guest list. The couple will honeymoon in Thomasville and sail abroad in April, with much of the summer on Whitney’s yacht.
