Mokena Lions Pancake Day Set For April 6
The Mokena Lions Club hosts its 13th Pancake Day on April 6 at Willowcrest School serving pancakes and sausage with coffee or milk. Tickets cost one dollar, served 6 am to 2 pm, with proceeds benefiting public welfare projects and half donated to Trinity School for Retarded Children. Roy Wilhelm leads the arrangements.

County clerk Clara Hartley Woodard schedules a training at Green Garden grade school in Frankfort for 115 election officials from Frankfort New Lenox Green Garden Peotone Manhattan Will and Wilton townships.
