Funeral Services Held For Elsie B. Andrews
Funeral services were held Sunday for Mrs. Elsie B. Andrews 79 of Frankfort who died in a two car crash last Thursday on U S 30 east of 80th avenue. Her husband Ora R. Andrews was driving the car she rode in. David J. Berg 24 of Lincoln Estates was cited for failure to yield right of way. Interment followed at Valhalla Cemetery in St. Louis.

Obituary: Mrs. Andrews Dies After Accident in Heights
Mrs. Andrews born June 3, 1886, resident for 20 years, died on arrival after the accident at Heights. Her husband and Berg were hospitalized but released after treatment. She belonged to the Crete chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star. The only immediate survivor is her husband.

Plan Concert At L-W To Honor The 1956-57 Band
Lincoln Way high school marks its anniversary band concert Sunday January 30 at 3 PM in the school auditorium. The 1956 57 band will be honored with Robert Taylor directing assisted by Randolph Kummer. The band grew from 29 to 48 members and will feature Wayne Robinson's The Flea a Broadway Oliver selection a Dan Brown timpani solo and a sophomore Timpat.
