School Day Returns as Enrollments Rise in Will County
Will County and surrounding districts report a strong start to the 1967-68 school year with Lincoln Way High and multiple elementary schools opening for short sessions and full schedules to begin soon. Stagg, Sandburg, and St. Michael anticipate enrollments rising above 1,100, 1,600, and 900 respectively as Providence New Lenox plans 570 students and New Lenox public schools exceed 1,550.
