W H Wayland here learns his father L T L Wayland died suddenly this morning at 10 at the Boonville residence. He was in his 85th year, a 50 year Boonville resident and owner of a local carriage factory. Estate valued at thirty to forty thousand dollars. Survived by wife and eight children. One son, W H Wayland, resides here and leaves for burial.

Bird dies at 57. longtime county resident
Ms. Mad Dead reports T M Bird died at 2:40 am at his home two and a half miles southeast of town. A respected county citizen, he was 57 and survived by his wife, three sons and a daughter. Funeral at 10 am tomorrow from the residence with burial in Oakland Cemetery.
