Judge Walker ordered the home made stills and contraband liquor stored at the courthouse destroyed forthwith. Sheriff Milam Prosector O Bryan and Deputy Polson broke the vessels and poured the liquor into the sewer. Containers included three gallons white mule three gallons whiskey four gallons other liquor plus multiple bottles. A frothing fountain of beer foam splashed over O Bryans clothing as the final bottles were destroyed.

50 Percent Dividend Planned for Night and Day Bank Depositors
St Louis November 2 TD W Itons special deputy commissioner of the State Department Winniee will seek court permission to pay a 50 percent dividend on the claims of depositors and others against the Night and Day Bank which has closed. If approved dividend checks would be mailed on November 11. The list of approved claims totals 2 672 699 28 with a net production of 21 200 from filed claims. Objections reduced payments to H W Hohenhild and former Governor Hubbe W Stat ory president and attorney of the bank and some salary and legal service requests were disallowed.
