Liberty bonds valued at about $175 000 recently stolen from the United States Treasury here were found in an old trunk hidden in the attic of Charles A Clevenger's home. The treasury secret service announced the arrest of A O Wimeley and the confession of Clevenger, a 35-year-old clerk in the branch office, as key figures in the robbery.

Helen Geraldine Bardin died after a two week illness from pneumonia at about 6:30 in the morning. She was born January 7, 1906 in Pawnee Nebraska, daughter of Mr and Mrs N Q Bardin. Survived by two sisters Serene and Josephine. Funeral at Fourth Street Methodist Church at 8 oclock tomorrow afternoon with girl friends acting as pallbearers.

Mrs Laura Sheldon died this morning at her home S47 West Conley street at age 597 years after long asthma. She recently moved to Materly to care for her crippled mother and was settling in when she passed. Survived by a sister Mrs J D Barnett and two brothers C W Kelehum and Jo Re Kelehum several miles from Moberly and Centra lia. She was a member of the first Baptist church and the Rebekahs. Funeral at 2 pm Wednesday at her residence conducted by Rev Charles Green of Memphis with interment in Oakland cemetery.
