Julius Dunn Veteran Pioneer Dies in Randolph County
Julius Dunn a county pioneer and veteran of two wars died yesterday morning at his home six miles east of Moberly. Born August 5 in 1849 in Boone County he moved to Randolph County in 1851 and married Susan R Turner in 1852. He served in the Mexican and Civil Wars and is survived by one son and two daughters. Funeral services were held at his residence at 1:30 this afternoon with Rev. Sears officiating and burial in the family graveyard.
