Kansas City steak man seeks supreme court rehearing on amendment
Geo Noel of Kansas City travels to Jefferson City to urge a new trial before the Missouri supreme court on the third constitutional amendment. He has conferred with Attorney General Crow who says a rehearing must be demanded by the attorney or the matter may be appealed to the United States Supreme Court if enough counties favor the move.
