W. ES Rosser a 39 year old Fayette Telephone Company employee died after contact with a live wire during repair work with Jack Hendricks. Both men were shocked. Hendricks survived, Rosser was hospitalized in serious condition. He left a wife and three children. Rosser was well regarded among local telephone officials and employees and was cousin to Mrs. Maude Carey of this city.
