TERRIFIC STORM RIPS ST LOUIS KILLING MAN AND INJURING SIX
A violent thunderstorm swept over St Louis yesterday afternoon at 3 o clock. One man was killed and six injured as porches were torn from houses and trees toppled. Wires down, roofs removed, streets flooded and hailstones up to an inch battered the city. The Transportation building exterior glowed with lightning as the Agricultural building was struck but suffered little damage.
