Remarkable Huntsville Woman Reaches 90 in 1900s
Margeret Evans of Huntsville celebrated her 90th birthday at home with family and friends. She raised seven children, including three sons and four daughters, and lived through the era of early Missouri settlement. Her father was Rev. William Shores, a pioneer Methodist minister who itinerated across Missouri, often riding long distances and delivering sermons in all weathers. Rev.
